DELIVERY POLICY
We ship all purchases within 7 days unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g. pre-orders). Our products ship through USPS, UPS, and Fedex. Generally you can expect your items with 1 week but there may be situations of lost goods, resulting in longer delays. There are also unknowns for international customers regarding shipping and customs. If you do not receive your product within 4 weeks, please contact us.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at vidasdivasboutique@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  3. We will email you the address to ship your package back to .

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item following the return instructions and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions for the return or exchange of the item, and we will cover any associated shipping costs.
